FAQ

Where is my data stored?
Entries are saved on your device by default. If you enable iCloud, they’re stored in your private iCloud database tied to your Apple ID.
Can you access my entries?
No. Havn has no accounts or servers. If you turn on iCloud, Apple hosts the data in your private CloudKit container; the developer cannot see it.
How does iCloud sync work?
When enabled, changes sync through CloudKit between your devices signed into the same Apple ID with iCloud Drive on. Open Havn on both devices to nudge a sync.
How do I restore on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, enable iCloud Drive, install Havn, then open it. Your entries will appear as CloudKit sync completes.
Why one entry per day?
Focus and reflection. One photo + note keeps the habit light, consistent, and easier to look back on without noise.
How do I lock the app?
Go to Settings → App Lock to enable Face ID / Touch ID. Biometric checks are handled by iOS; Havn never sees your biometrics.
Do you collect analytics?
No tracking and no third‑party analytics. We rely on user emails for feedback and Apple’s crash reports for stability.
How can I contact support?
Email zac@seebeck.work with your iPhone model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce any issue.
