Overview
Havn stores your journal locally on your device by default. You can optionally enable iCloud sync (via Apple’s CloudKit). Havn has no accounts, no ads, and does not use third‑party analytics or tracking.
Data We Collect
We do not collect any personal data. Your entries (text and photos) stay on your device unless you enable iCloud, in which case they are stored in your private iCloud database associated with your Apple ID.
iCloud (CloudKit)
- Your data syncs only to your own iCloud account; the developer cannot access it.
- Apple acts as the service provider for storage and transfer.
- You can disable iCloud sync at any time in Havn’s settings.
Security & App Lock
Havn supports Face ID / Touch ID to lock the app on your device. Biometric verification happens through iOS; Havn does not receive your biometric data.
Data Deletion
- Delete entries in‑app to remove them from your device (and iCloud if enabled).
- To remove remaining iCloud data: Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Havn.
- Deleting the app removes local data stored on the device.
Children
Havn is not directed to children under 13.
